Shipping Policy & TOS
Terms Of Service:
All orders are non-cancelable, if for some reason an order is permitted to be canceled a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount (Product total + shipping). This fee is to cover the payment processor fee taken from every order since that is not refunded in the instance of a canceled order.
In the event an issues arises with an order that was at the fault of our store (damaged product, incorrect inventory count, etc) we, Royalty Gaming LLC will not charge the 3% fee.
Royalty Gaming LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped to the address used at checkout and tracking information is sent to your email used at checkout as-well.
USA BUYERS
There are two checkout options for Shipping within the USA
Flat Rate Shipping $8 – Use this if you don’t currently have a bag with me or buying sealed product from the site
Add to Existing Order – Use to add to a bag you have with me currently with shipping paid
All Website live break orders with shipping paid are shipped on Sundays (unless asked otherwise). If you prefer to not be shipped every week you can use “Add to Existing Order” even if you don’t have a bag. In that case when ready to ship just check out with shipping on a future order.
Live break openings will not include bulk cards. If requesting bulk is allowed in some circumstances extra shipping charges will apply (2x “Flat Rare Shippings”).
All orders that have not had shipping paid within 6 months of the order date will be considered forfeited to Royalty Gaming LLC
All domestic packages are insured for up to $100. Royalty Gaming LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to your package, you can at your own discretion. There is a insurance item you can use to checkout with. ($10=$1000 insurance)
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
If purchasing to be shipped outside of the USA, use “Add to Existing Order”
Add to Existing Order – When ready to ship, you will need to contact me to request a shipping quote.
You will have to reach out directly through one of my socials for a shipping quote (usually $20) depending on the weight of the package.
You may also ask me during stream and I might be able to tell you how much the shipping will be there also.
